What this is

Phases
The phase rail at the top moves you through five phases — Activate, Refine, Elevate, Sustain, Illuminate. Each phase unlocks once the one before it is marked complete.
Execute
Your default view — the initiatives that matter right now. Each card opens with why it matters, so you're working from more than a checklist; click "Steps" for exactly what to do. Use the date window to see what's active this week, or switch on "See all" to review every initiative in this phase. Mark an initiative complete as you finish it; once every initiative in a phase is done, you'll be prompted to begin the next one.
Resources
Your working materials for this phase — a locked strategic reference, a Decision Filter to run real opportunities through your own criteria, and anything specific to you: a working file, a template, a walkthrough. Some open in place, some download — labeled either way.
